Items are great but so disappointed with the customer service. All the items that bought had 20% off one day later and will not refund for the price difference even the items are still in stock! Just not up to date compared to other well known internationally shopping site. Will not purchase again!

Dear Customer, you placed the order last 19th October and we shipped the parcel in the same day. The promotion started on 20 October, the day after. We couldn't change the fiscal invoice arranged for the shipment because it was alredy sent and, for logical ecommerce policies, any adv campaign cannot be communicated in advance. So, why now do you write this negative feedback? Moreover, you paid the Dsquared2 sneakers on sales at 275 Eur (50% off discounted). You perfectly know that the return is possible within 14 days from the delivery for any reason: why did you sent your compliments and positive feedback after the order and know write the opposite opinion? We don't understand.

very very bad seller,first delivery 2 t-shirt whit error,armani on website is present like normal t-shirt,when is delivered i see is UNDERWEAR and it have from behind a small hole..franklin and marshall is total bad snitched..the neck is going in bed direction.I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED,VERY

Dear Customer, we don't understand your feedback so negative. You received your order last June and for us it is strange to receive your negative feedback only now (October), also because after this order you made another order in August. You chatted with our Customer Care and we suggested you to ask the return, but you didn't it. We have a special return policy both for normal cases and for any inconvenient about fabrics defects as already said you via chat. Moreover, in the same time we confirmed you that the Armani t-shirts aren't underwear style but normal casual items for daily events. We regret for this situation but we offered you many solutions about the return as usually with all customers and as written in our Terms and Conditions. This feedback is after four months and about last summer collection.
